Upon Receiving our Quality wigs

Carefully inspect the package once received. If you notice some damage on the package you should make an official complaint at the carriers office as they only accept from their clients – of which Carla Alafo Hair Fashion is one – undamaged packages to deliver. As such, we are not accountable for damaged goods in route.

Unpacking your delivery

Carefully open your package. Do not use a knife or sharp things to open as this may damage your goods.

Picture Disclaimer

Our pictures are meant to give you the best possible representation of our products. However, the light or color on a picture can show slightly different depending on the devise you use to view our products. This is unavoidable.

Color Changes

We supply human hair wigs in natural colors, if you like to have a special color please, check out our products in the store, I am sure we have enough variations available without having to color your wig.

Please understand, the hair is fit to be colored, but we do not suggest any changes being performed by an unlicensed individual. Always refer to a professional for permanent change. Carla Alafo Hair Fashion. and its entities, are not liable or held accountable for any changes done by you or a third party after the product is sold.

Coloring, lifting, or dying the hair may affect the hair. Please be warned, refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with shape, texture or color.

What is Track and Trace?

It is the process of determining the current and past locations of a unique item or property. We are  sending your package with PostNL, DHL, TNT or FedeX. You will receive a notification from us by e-mail or message with the barcode of your package. You can find out where your package is on the carriers website:

Find your package with PostNL

To find your shipment, select the destination country and fill in the barcode. Then click on ‘Find parcel’. The information will now appear on the screen. Are you not receiving any results? In many cases, your shipment will have arrived as normal. PostNL is dependent on data exchange with our international partners details. They are not always able to provide the corresponding location data on time, or in some cases, at all.

Find your package with DHL

You can easily find your shipment online with DHL's location tool – you'll know exactly where your parcel is and when it's arriving. All you need is your shipment number. By entering the recipient's postal code, you'll see the sender and the recipient. So if your parcel is being delivered to your neighbor, you'll have their address.

Find your shipment with TNT

You can easily find your shipment online with TNT's tool – you'll know exactly where your parcel is and when it's arriving. A tracking number or ID is a combination of numbers and possibly letters that uniquely identifies your shipments national or international.

Find your package with FedeX

Need the status of your shipment or proof of delivery in one click? Enter your tracking number or reference number. You can also add your shipments to your watch list and view them directly from the homepage without the need to log in. FedEx tracking gives you peace of mind. At Carla Alafo Hair Fashion, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products 100% and are convinced your purchase will be a positive experience for you. Our hair is always carefully inspected by our quality department before leaving our location. Once ordered and payed, all sales are final.

The terms and conditions under which we supply are as follows: we only supply human hair in perfect condition in a variety of colors. Pricing

The pricing listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that can and will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem a sale price of any sales announced after your order was placed. Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

Payment Terms

Delivery will take place after the product is fully paid. We accept all payments through the worldwide trusted merchant Mollie service. As soon as you place an order online your account will be charged.

Payment plans are possible to choose from once you add a product in your cart. On all partial payments a handling fee of 1% is charged.

If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will first be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order. Once payment is made there are no cancellations of orders for refund.

Online Store Policy Terms

Varying information on your invoice details or transaction information flags our verification team. As an extra step to protect our customers from internet fraud, we may require the customer to submit a government issued photo ID or valid license to authorize their transaction.

Orders

Processing

We process orders 7 days per week. Orders will be processed within 48 hours prior to shipping, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the specified time frame.

Product Availability

Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

We are constantly renewing our stock and those products arriving will be shown as “coming soon”. You will be able to pre-order that product in advance to not miss out.

Product Requests

If a product that you would like is not listed, you can send us an e-mail stating what item you want and your contact information. Once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification to buy the product.  The notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is in stock.

Shipping

Timeframes

We have a standard 48-72 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of the delivery of your package. No shipment will take place on weekends nor holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There is a possible Customs fee that can be requested by the postal service upon delivery/receipt of the package. Carla Alafo Hair Fashion is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

No refunds will be issued for refused, abandoned or disposed packages. All sales are final. If a shipment is returned to us the customer will be responsible for any additional cost related to reshipment.

Delivery Confirmation

Carla Alafo Hair Fashion requires a signature upon of ALL shipments. Any shipments that exceed €250,- will be sent via Restricted Delivery. Please ensure whom the package is addressed to is the person available for delivery. No signatures can be waived on a package. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your local office for pick-up for up to two weeks time before being Returned to Sender. Any additional fees after returning to sender will be charged to you.

Shipping Delays

Some shipments will require a signature. For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagements; it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments, for example inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please be sure to cross-check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via carriers to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee that the carrier charges us to make the correction or to reship the product. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. All sales are final.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. All sales are final.

Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package via the carriers tracking system and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We  will need to contact the responsible shipping service right away and initiate a trace/investigation for your package. This investigation can take up to 7-10 business days. It is never guaranteed that the carrier will be able to locate/retrieve your package.

No Return/Refund Policy

At Carla Alafo Hair Fashion, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance by taking every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final.

Exchanges

Carla Alafo Hair Fashion, at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s). Customer is allowed one exchange, if eligible, per order. Any exchange requested after 3 business days of receiving the product will not be honored.
  • We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way. According to the law you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
  • Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
  • In order to process an exchange the product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value at your choice.
  • Any exchanges upon request of customer, he/she is responsible for reshipment costs as that is a separate service that has already been used.
  • Any exchange that permits a difference (less than original) customer will hold a store credit for the remaining balance owed as we do not refund ANY costs.
  • Any exchange that permits a difference (higher than original) customer is obligated to pay the difference.

Taking Care of your product

Installing

Shampoo and condition your product prior to wearing.

Washing
  • Wash in warm water.
  • When washing your product do not massage or twist the hair.
  • Apply a generous amount of conditioner.
  • Do not apply shampoo or conditioner to areas where the hair is attached.
  • After washing, allow to air dry (don’t roll or rub hair into a towel).

Policy Changes

Carla Alafo Hair Fashion, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies, procedures or general Terms and Conditions. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Trademarks

Carla Alafo Hair Fashion, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Carla Alafo Hair Fashion will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services.

Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Carla Alafo Hair Fashion is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate euro amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement.

Submissions

With the exception of your personal information, any communication or material you send to the Carla Alafo Hair Fashion site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you send to Carla Alafo Hair Fashion may be used by Carla Alafo Hair Fashion for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting.

Return and Exchange

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Health Policy

Due to the nature of the product, your order must meet Health Regulations by law before requesting a return or exchange. All returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon arrival to our offices.

Returns

All hair has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please send us an email within 3 business days of the receipt date. If the hair received does not meet our brand standards, we will gladly exchange it and begin the exchange process per our cost.

Our quality department must inspect all incoming shipments to ensure all product is in its original condition. No in-store credit will be given if product has been unraveled, co-washed, or manipulated in any manner from its original state.

Exchanges

Carla Alafo Hair Fashion, at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of product(s).
  • Any exchange requested after 14 days of receiving, the product will not be honored.
  • All exchanges will require a Return To Sender (RTS) label from our customer service team. Once sent, customers will only be allotted 7 business days to utilize their RTS label for an exchange. Any timeframe exceeding this allotment will not be honored.
  • We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (unraveled, washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way.
  • According to the law we cannot accept human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. We only accept the item in the original condition for resell as a necessary health precaution.
  • Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
  • In order to process an exchange, the product would need to be sent back at your expense. When requesting an exchange, a Carla Alafo Hair Fashion representative will send a RTS label to you via your email address. This label should be printed and placed onto your package to ensure your package route back to our returns department in our offices. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused in its original condition, we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value per your selection.
  • Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order. No refunds will be permitted, unless it is determined that Carla Alafo Hair Fashion is the party at fault due to a fulfillment error, then we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Customer is responsible for the reshipment cost as that is a separate service that has already been used.
  • For an exchange made international we charge the customs fee (if applicable) to you.
  • For any exchange that permits a difference (less than original) customer will hold a in-store credit for the remaining balance owed as we do not refund any costs.
  • For any exchange that permits a difference (higher than original) customer will pay the difference.

Return and Exchange Procedure

When you receive your item(s), open the package and visually examine the product to verify if you have received the desired product you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the plastic. At this time, you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

Please, contact us immediately by email with any discrepancy or questions. Our Customer Service department will assist you with your request by email.

We only accept a wig that has NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace has NOT been cut. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We only accept items which are kept in their original conditions and follow our return & exchange process.

Delivery time

  • The Netherlands: 1 – 7 days
  • Europe: 7 – 14 days
  • US and Canada: 14 – 21 days

International Orders
